Challenge
A small event brand needed a signature tasting to showcase local producers without losing luxury appeal. The brief wanted flexibility for guests with various dietary needs.
Approach
We mapped seasonal suppliers, prototyped three tasting routes and proposed a phased rollout: tasting → pop-up → contract menu. Each step was iterated with client feedback.
Result
The tasting converted to a recurring series and a partnership; guests praised the clarity of concept and the attentive service. The client extended the collaboration to menu development across venues.
